“I have in the past enjoyed craghoppers clothing bought locally. Now I have to order online, fit was poor so I had to return it. It all worked fine but it cost me £2.95 for delivery and £2.99 to return it. I will not order from them again.”

“Have ordered a Bishorn mens Parka . We have had a problem with the main zip not engaging properly. We returned it and ordered a second parka and this was exactly the same. We are very disappointed as we love the jacket but cannot get the zip to work. Looks as though we will have to return the second one.r”
