“Paid for a bag and next day delivery, when my item was not received on the 3rd day I emailed to see what had happened to my order, and on looking at the order status it was "still in progress" on the 5th day it said order complete..now on the 6th day, 3 emails sent to them to ask where my order is and still no response or order has arrived. Terrible customer service and when you pay extra for next day delivery that's what you expect. So not happy with Craze London”
