“A professional company with a good team. Finished result is just what we were after. Looked around but couldn't find another company to do what we needed without longer downtime. Would recommend.”

“We are delighted with our factory floor painted by Creation Flooring. We chose a platinum grey two part epoxy resin coating. The floor area is approximately 25 000 sq ft. The team were incredibly efficient and tidy. They worked round other contractors with no issues at all. All in all the job was started and finished in 4.5 days. A great effort.”

“The main advantage in using creation flooring is that as a company they truly understand the needs of the customer and deliver as promised. The crews that are on site to complete the project are constantly in communication to ensure the result is what is expected. I would highly recommend the Creation to any customers looking to transform their flooring to a high standard.”

“Excellent service, knowledge and understanding of our needs, from quotation through to completion of the work. There was also minimal disruption to our working day whilst creation were on site. They also left the site in a clean state, with no rubbish left behind.”

“Hi, The quality of work was very high and I was more than please with the end finish. I reserved from giving a Very good rating due to the fact that we were let down on attendance once due to creation flooring other work taking priority but Creation Flooring did do all they could to catch back up when in attendance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend creation flooring for any future work.”

“Creation came to put a new floor in the kitchen of Chateau Rhianfa after water damage due to flooding. the old floor was lifted out and a new concrete floor was laid and then finished off with an anti-slip finish. from start to finish everything went smoothly, the lads did a great job. it was great that they just got on with the job and didn't need any help or were a hindrance.”

“Following the resurface of the floor, it has made the manufacturing area look 100 times better than having vinyl tiles. The surface is easy to clean, and any scuff marks are easily removed. The contractors were very helpful and always willing to listen to any comments during resurfacing.”

“Comms and dealing with the teams is good. We had issues with adhesion and are still having issues. The last work was completed in Feb/ March 2020 and within 4-5 week parts have flaked off again. Different teams have followed different application, some degreasing and some not. The two crossing points which have flaked still require remedial work to ensure that adhesion is satisfactory. The rest looks good but these points are not.”

Hi James, We are sorry that a failure has occurred in your floor. Following site inspection by the manufacturer, the repair was carried out in line with their specification. Whilst we appreciate this has also failed, unfortunately the refurbishment of old floors can lead to this kind of unexpected occurrence which we would always look to repair and/or make good under our comprehensive warranties. I’m pleased you agree we have remained in communication and transparent about this, and want to reassure you we will continue to look after your floor in this manner for the future.

“The job took longer than expected and the price had to be increased. There were some areas that had to be rectified (marks/cracks etc..) that had to be rectified on the final weekend.”

Dear Ben, unfortunately the scope of works changed from the original quotation and as such both duration and cost increased accordingly. Whilst we always to try avoid this situation it is an unfortunate occurrence which can occur, particularly when the mechanical preparation needed prior to material application changes significantly. In regards to the pictured coating contamination onto the nearby wall we will of course look to remove this and make good as necessary to your complete satisfaction. Thank you.

“We had an 11,000sqft warehouse floor installed by Creation Flooring some 5 years ago. We have since had constant lifting and cracking issues with the floor. Creation have been responsible enough to rectify the issues in time however, it has taken a fair amount of 'browbeating' with the sales rep Philip (who has not been the most helpful in the after sales process) and multiple attempts to re-lay the main area. I believe we have now achieved the intended result but overall it has not been a good experience.”

It's really disappointing you left us this review. Should we encounter problems, we endeavor to fix them, even if its out of our control and product related. We have made 6 visits, countless repairs and even replaced an entire section of your floor, all at our own cost. We have spent more fixing your floor than the initial contract value - all offered as good will to you.

“500sqm of complete nightmare from start to finish - Ended up spending double the original quote. 6 weeks down the line the new floor looks very tired. Very disappointed...”

Dan, it was unfortunate that your floor needed a new sub-floor owing to the failure of the existing asphalt (which we were not able to see during the initial site survey). Unfortunately, this added both time and significant cost to completing your project. The cleaning issue you raised should now be resolved with the assistance of the product manufacturer (Flowcrete) and our cleaning teaming working on site which we offered in good will.
