“They took my money and never delivered the coffee. I tried to contact them instead ebay reimbursed me.”

Dear Nic, I think you order the coffee fromanother coffee shop because you never have ordered coffee from us and we are not an outlet. You have bought from us Erythritol Natural sugar replacement and this product has been delivered to you according to the tracking system.
