“Have sent them two emails about a potentially defective product they've sent me. It's been 3 months and I still haven't had a response. Very poor.”

“Service is excellent I would even give 5* for the service & communication but the product not for me. Never tried Erythritol before but I would never buy again, I prefer Xylitol”

Dear Customer, We are very sorry that you received your parcel with delay. We where dispatched your parcel the same day. Unfortunately, due to heavy snowfall all courier deliveries where delayed.We double check and we can't see your message. Usually, we responding very quickly, the same day and we are not sure what happened. We do apologise for the delay. It was out of our control and caused by unexpected bad winter weather.
