“I was sent the wrong item. I sent this back at my expense for a replacement. After 3 weeks I chased this up. On more than one occasion I was told the replacement gloves were being sent out immediately. Now 3 months later, after chasing repeatedly, I am told they are not in stock and they are waiting for a delivery. This was not communicated in any way before now. They take an age to answer emails and customer service seem to be unable to help in any way. With some good alternatives out there I would recommend avoiding this company. I should have read the reviews before using them.”
