“Terrible company. Like pulling teeth from a crocodile to get a refund. Delivery takes forever and the item received was faulty. Sent it back and they don’t bother to get back in touch. I have had to chase and email. Getting nowhere. Do yourself a favour and do not buy directly. Customer services are shockingly bad.”
“AVOID. They take orders for items they don't have stating 5 day delivery. When they don't deliver and you cancel they send you a returns label for items that you haven't received!! They tell you that when you do eventually receive them then send them back and you will receive a refund 10 days after they receive them. WHAT A CON AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Great shoes let down by awful service.”

No response from Crocs at all. I have emailed 3 times and sent photos, I have messaged via their website. Their 'Live Chat' is never active.
I now have to contact my credit card company and ask them to sort out this mess.
I will never deal direct with Crocs again.
