“I was treated fairly and eventually got ALL my deposits refunded , whilst it took a long time I beleive they did their best and always answered my emails , but take note I only emailed them approximately every 10-12 weeks and didn’t harass them!!”
“I would like to leave 5 stars for the first trip we did with Cruise 1st and 0 for the second, hence 3 stars. First trip to Singapore and the Far East was fantastic we would happily do it again and the staff at Cruise 1st were outstanding. The second trip on the Independance to the Caribbean in November 2019 was like a Spanish resort on steroids, we hated it and spent our time trying to find somewhere quiet to hide. Cruise 1st said they were going to be onboard for the trip but we could not find them, they were probably hiding from the passengers”
