“the products are great, however I received 2 items yesterday, one being mother and son. I had ordered mother daughter and son and although it was correctly boxed as mother and son, it had a mother, daughter and son label stuck on it. I now have the inconvenience of having to send it back.”

“I had purchased my first product and after I completed transaction I decided to purchase another two. I was very disappointed that I had one parcel containing three items but was charged twice for postage (£7.00). There was no option for me to alter my transaction. I completed the second transaction straight after the first.”

Mandy we have replied to your email, that was sent, as the orders were done separately this is the reason you were charged for 2 postage lots.

Hi Janice, There is a comments box, where you can add notes with regards to deliveries etc, we are in the process of changing the wording, so it is more obvious if you are sending it as a gift.
