“The ornament I recieved was exactly what i ordered only one problem the wings broke in the box when it came in the post but its easily fixed! Overall very pleased.”

“My order was received by a neighbour , as I was not at home, the lady who spoke to me was extremely helpfull. My only disappointment is that the boxes have stickers on. Them. With your product codes, which haven't come off properly, would it be possible to have two boxes without stickers?”

“Good communication, photo frame arrived within the specified time, however, there was some pitting to the frame, three small holes on the face, we haven't returned the item as it was a gift and wouldn't have had enough time to await replacement. Not sure what kind of QC is implemented but I would expect better.”

Hi Laura, we have just been reading the reviews, could you please advise how it is different from the image, as we have sold many of this frame and no one has said anything, on checking our stock they do match the image. Please advise.

“I live in Australia and the postage for you to send it here was extremely high. Lookly for me I had them delivered to my mum who lives in Nottingham and she posted them to me at a fraction of the cost. You could do a lot better for your overseas customers.”

Hi Tracey, overseas orders are dependent on weight of the package, which we send via Royal Mail ISF. We do not make on this but do only charge what we are charged via Royal Mail, Best Regards

These Figurines used to come with cards but have not done so for quite a while. At the checkout stage you can add a note to your order and we can include a message for you.

“I bought a lovely Mum photo frame for my Mum's birthday. Very nice product and a lovely gift! Got delivered 2 days later which was great, but unfortunately the Royal Mail person did not knock on my door properly so I had to collect it from the sorting office which was a real pain! My only advice would be not to use Royal Mail as I have had these bad experiences from them before whilst I've been home waiting! Other than that, good service, products so I will buy from you again thank you.”

“Delivery was very quick, and it was good to have a tracking number. I was also impressed with free delivery. However I was upset to discover I could find the exact items £6 cheaper else where and as i purchased two that obviously adds up then. Easy to navigate website.”

The cufflink boxes we supply, are of a good quality, if you are referring to the outer case this is just to give the actual gift box protection in the post. If you do need us to send you another please advise.
