“Very prompt service. Well packed. Unfortunately one item was incorrect but I spoke to Suzanne and she sorted an exchange out. I did have to parcel up and go to Post Office and pay return postage but today I received message to say they were in receipt and would refund postage. So in all very good service and very pleasant to deal with”

“I ordered 3 x Beatrix Potter Figurines from Crusader Gifts for a Christening gift. I was pleasantly surprised by the range of designs available. The level of service was excellent from order being processed swiftly to receiving an e-mail confirming the package had been dispatched including tracking reference.
