She dealt with the booking process very efficiently and professionaly and ensured she checked and confirmed all our details which is good, as it avoids potential issues and delays. “On previous occasions, I have been left less than satisfied w/ Crystal Travel, which left me a bit apprehensive w/ going forward w/ my booking. HOWEVER, after engaging directly w/ Philip Cartar (of the Online Team), I believe that he was extremely invaluable in resolving an issue I had with an online reservation, and his proactive actions provided for an excellent service overall. Based on the wonderful encounter w/ Philip Cartar, I look forward to future travels via his and his team's services.”
