Fantastic quality we had weekly updates to inform of progress on the day of arrival the process went very smoothly the 2 guys where very polite tidy and respectful the room was completed in a day, All excess material removed and area cleaned, their was a issue with 1 door which was not to their satisfaction and was very quickly resolved in 2 days, Wish we had our garden room years ago,The versatile of this room is upto each persons imagination. Easy internal and external maintenance so pleased and would strongly recommend CS Gardens. Tried to upload photos but unfortunately unsuccessful”
“We have purchased a second hand garden office from a customer of CS Garden Offices. One of the huge draws is the fact they do all the work necessary! Even if it’s second hand, and the 10 year warranty (approx 9 years remaining) transferred as a result. We are blown away with the cost effectiveness given how high quality the product is. Innovative modular design and resting on ground screws which are ingenious things! It took the guys half a day to reconstruct it at our property, and another half day to do the electrics. The only negative I would comment on is the keys bizarrely being taken away without informing us why, and then the electricians who would supposedly arrive with them, didn’t (they were also confused by this) and then an email demanding final 10% payment until they would send us the keys! Fair enough if we had been difficult customers but we were fully paid up 90% as per terms of contract, remaining 10% on completion. Felt very uncomfortable and truthfully disrespectful having the garden office constructed and told we couldn’t have the keys despite the fact they weren’t with us seemingly being a miscommunication on their end. That annoyance aside though, I can’t speak more highly. Really impressed with the construction, build process and cost.”
“I’ve just had a garden office installed. Absolutely amazed at how quickly it went up and how efficient the 2 guys were who put it up in the pouring rain ! Day 2 the 2 nicest guys came to do the electrics and it was so neatly done. The actual building itself is just what I was looking for and the cost is extremely competitive compared to other companies. Office staff also very helpful during the process. All in all a very well run company , will definitely be recommending to my friends and family .

“An excellent product from a really excellent company. I am very pleased indeed with my garden office.
It is warm in Winter and surprisingly cool in hot weather. Ralp Forbes in particular was hugely helpful in designing the project and even allowed me to visit their factory to see the construction process for myself.”
“We are absolutely delighted with our new “shed” (although describing it as a shed is doing it a massive disservice!).
We did a lot of research and endless on line searching and found nothing that matched the quality and price. The construction and panel system is ingenious and to my mind a great example of a small innovative family run company.
Ralph was great from initial discussions to drawings to build. We will be using our building for, amongst other things, music and Ralph put me in touch with another customer who used their building for the same purpose so we could make sure it would be suitable for us.
The install took a day and the team including Ralph, Ralph’s grandfather and Scott were great - friendly, efficient and a pleasure to have in our home. The finished building is amazing and we already have lots of friends and neighbours with shed envy!”
“Ralph the General Manager was excellent from start to finish. He initially came out to measure and survey the proposed site. When he was happy with the concrete pad he started the construction and within 3 weeks rang to arrange to start the fitting out process. Within a day and a half he had finished the job. Six months on and we have survived the coldest winter for a few years and it is still warm in the extension. Overall we would highly . recommend CS Garden Offices.

Ralph was great from a design perspective, and appreciated our need to carefully manage our budget constraints and came up with a great proposal.
Once on site, the build went swiftly and very smoothly, all of the team were personable, friendly and worked hard. Through out the build they were reliable, always on time and kept us informed on the next days plans.
We are delighted with the new garden room, it wont need maintaining like a timber structure and the faux Oak looks really smart.
