“Online appliances in Watertown ct did not deliver our refrigerator when it was paid for.. We sent up a date that would be convenient for them.. We were not in a rush because we were not living out of a cooler. They were supposed to deliver it on a Wednesday. They never showed up. They never called, text email nothing. We finally got a hold of them. We set up a different date, the following Monday. They said between 10a-12p. I waited for them. At 11:15a I called they said it will be delivered in 45 mins. They never came, my husband called them and apparently our refrigerator was sold to someone else that morning. So they lied when it said it would delivered on that Monday.. We got our money back the owner said he would work with on getting another refrigerator.. We have not heard from them it's been two weeks.. In life things happen, but this was an unacceptable way to do business.. I do not recommend this company to anyone.”
