“Very disappointed with the 24hr call out service that we had paid for.
A neighbour informed us that our alarm was going off on a Friday evening. We called the CTB alarm number that we had been given several times and left messages and there was no answer.
The call was eventually answered 2 days later!
We were told that they only answer phone numbers that are on their system (We had never been asked for our phone numbers)
We were previously told that if a neighbour phoned the number on the outside box, they would come and turn off the alarm at the box and not have to enter the property. This we now discover, is not true.
It is not worth paying for a 24hr call out service.”
