“I recently purchased a gift for a friend from Cubbies. Given the current worldwide situation, there was a delay in delivery. Tracked delivery was paid for and even at that, the status of my order did not appear to be monitored. When I contact Cubbies for an update, as quite a bit of time had passed, Lee could not have been more helpful. He kept me up to date on actions from his side, even though this was out of his control. Goods news, the gift was delivered and loved by my friend and her little newborn. Both in terms of the quality of the item, and great customer service, I would highly recommend purchasing from Cubbies.”

“Well, were can I start, customer service first class, did not expect to have a phone call, so that was a welcome surprise. Next the quality of the Cubbies are amazing, super soft, easy to work on, and oh my what a wonderful selection. Keep it up. Happy happy happy”

“I've order four personalised teddies from them over the last 6 years and I have never been disappointed. They are of the best quality I have ever come across and are delivered far quicker than expected; in fact I often get the dispatch email after the teddy has arrived!! Pricing is great for the item and the customer service is amazing. I have contacted them over incorrect details provided and they've changed it without any issue or fuss, they've also happily changed delivery address and resent one that got lost in the post. All without issue. I would absolutely order again the next time a baby is born in the family! So happy with them!”

“Lovely personalised teddy for my friend's new baby. I love personalised gifts, rather than just generic ones. I've bought a few Cubbies now for new babies after my friend bought one for my now 2year old when she was born& i loved it! Arrived very quickly too!”

“First time ordering, product quality is excellent! Shipping time was as promised. However, I suggest that packaging could be improved, especially for international shipping. Box arrived crushed and opened, thankfully contents were intact and didn’t appear damaged.”
