I placed an order on 23rd February, i chased thsi after 2.5 weeks, but nothing. The order was for over £200. it is now the 26th April, still no parcel and no refund. DO BE CAREFUL ordering from cupshe

I ordered 2 swim suits from this site. One didn't provide enough coverage on the bottom. I tried to initiate a return and waited on line for 45 minutes to request a return label. No one ever came on line to assist me. I will never never buy from this site again! There are many other better options out there!

I made my first and last order at this place due to the return process. I got a swimsuit in the mail today (size medium) and the cups where laughably tiny. I am not very large (C cup) and I could not squeeze them into the cups (everywhere else fit fine). I went to return the suit and realized that not only can you not get your full refund back, but you have to pay to ship it back and the lowest option is $9.99. I paid $23 for the suit and they only allow you to get a 70% refund and then pay the $9.99 shipping! I would end up with $6 and some change! It is not worth sending it back and it is definitely not worth ever ordering from here again! One and done! And it is a shame because I was hoping that I found a new place to shop :(

Firstly, in order to meet customers' demands, Cupshe always strives to make our swimsuits have more options in styles and designs. Our design department also works hard to make swimsuits as consistent as the size guide, which is based on the average customer's body figure. Nevertheless, some swimsuits would have a different fit for different body shapes. For your case, you can also try our separate swimsuits on our website. Currently, there are not many suits available for separate sizes, but we are planning to offer more step-by-step. Secondly, to meet different demands from our customers, Cupshe offers several options for return/exchange. The option of Preferential refund is a special offer from Cupshe, if you choose this option, you don't need to send back the items. Of course, we also support full refund, which is also given as an option for our customers to choose from. However, we are unable to offer free return service as stated on our website. With that being said, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. If you use the prepaid shipping label obtained from our website, the return label fee will be deducted from the refund amount. So you don't need to pay the return label fee again. In addition, the charging standard of the pre-paid return label is formulated by the cooperative logistics provider. It is also advisable to send the package back yourself via post if you find the return slip expensive. Then you can get the full refund without deducting the shipping fee from the refund. Lastly, we have replied to you with an email regarding this issue. We'd love to make every effort to turn your experience into something better. We sincerely wish for your understanding.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS BRAND...I WILL ACTUALLY HAVE TO TELL TRADING STANDARDS. IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN ITEMS. THEY NEVER REPLY TO EMAILS. TOTAL COWBOYS. ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS HERE SAY THIS TOO. IT MAKES ME THINK ITS A CHINESE BRAND AND THEY ARE SHIPPING FROM EUROPEAN WAREHOUSES. I WORK IN E-COMMERCE AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE PITS. STAY RIGHT AWAY FROM THEM

Bad experience. Took 2 weeks for order to arrive. Really hard to start a return. Have to pay to return items then send the company pics & tracking numbers to prove it. Bad customer service. Poor sizing of swimwear

If your package is delayed, please contact us in time and we will compensate the customer. I would like to warn you about cupshe company and how their business practices run. Please do not buy anything from this company they are a pain in the ass to even make a return on. They don’t send a shipping slip but then when you tell them you didn’t receive one in order to return some thing they gave you attitude about it.  it’s so bad that I had to put a tracking and signature for the package to make sure that they got the return. They sign for the package July 31 and they still have not a credit my account I have been in talks with them twice now and they refuse to do anything to help me so now I’m in talks with my bank and the Better Business Bureau! I’ve even try to put a bad review on Facebook to warn others not to purchase things from them and they took down the complaint so they have shady business practices!

DO NOT ORDER FROM CUPSHE!! First, they have an 'F' rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) They are flagged on the BBB for taking money and not delivering merchandise then providing invalid shipping numbers. It is a total scam and you cannot return anything for the full refund and their sizes are not consistent. To make a return you, the customer, will pay the shipping and send the item to an unknown address. They do not even provide the shipping label. Then if you question the address they will send you a picture of a past customer's shipping label without hiding the customers personal information, therefore, you cannot trust your personal information will be kept private. They do not even have a phone line to talk to someone on. You are stuck in an online chat with customer service reps that are condescending and not helpful. Spend the extra few bucks and order from another, more reputable, company like Lulus that actually sends return labels to their customers and offers a full refund. Worst online shopping experience of my life!

I ordered a swimsuit and dress. Both arrived within a week and looked quite nice. The suit was cute and the dress was okay. Unfortunately, both did not fit me, so I decided to return them. I went on my trip and when I returned home, got very busy with work. I missed the 30-day refund window. I was fine with being denied a refund, however, a store credit would have sufficed. None. Tags are on the items and were never worn (cannot fit). Word of warning for plus-sized gals, not really cut for plus-sized gals. The dress was awful, and it was apparent the designer has no clue how to cut for plus-sized gals. We are not just the same shape but wider. Nevertheless, no store credit for my items would have avoided this poor review. Better vendors would have offered it.

I honestly would stay far away from this company as the return policy is horrible. You must email them for return authorization as the process is designed to be difficult to impossible. I purchased a pool cover-up that ended up being more like a cotton sweater with holes and the Fete Ready Solid Bikini Set where the top was exceptionally small. My frustration started after a series of emails where the company basically tries to talk you out of returning the items using different offers. Then they tried to tell me that mix and match lingerie can't be returned. I didn't buy any lingerie, I bought a bikini set which their site says can be returned and in fact, must be returned together. Then they try to tell me that because they offer the suit on their bikini set page and the mix and match page that the suit can't be returned. And they start calling bathing suits lingerie even though a bathing suit isn't referred to as lingerie anywhere on their web site. Additionally, they put their bathing suits on both the bikini set area of their web site and the mix and match pages than tried to tell me the Fete set I purchase can't be returned. Obviously, a mix and match suit would be 2 different items. The whole process has been frustrating and I am hoping this review warns others not to purchase from this company.

Don't shop from them! BUYERS BEWARE! They respond slowly to emails, but respond quickly at their reviews... On February 7, 2018, I placed an order for a SMALL sized Cupshe Paint My Dream Halter One-Piece Swimsuit in grey and February 21, 2018, I received the package but the size is a MEDIUM. I really need the small ASAP for an upcoming trip, so it's really disappointing that I waited the 2 weeks to receive the wrong size. Order #1846010 Fix it, or PayPal and the BBB will fix it for you; I don't care. I will not sit and be ignored when this was your mess up. I clearly ordered a SMALL and you sent a MEDIUM, it's an easy exchange and I shouldn't have to wait another 2 weeks to receive a replacement or to get a response. I have screenshots of everything. (^^^This is what I was telling the company.) HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED!!! They finally responded and they wanted me to keep the swimsuit and give me $11 back OR give me a $24 store credit. Turned them down, said I want my actual money and I no longer want to shop with them seeing how they do business. (If they mess up my order I use the credit for, there's no refund) Then they said they can either give me a $30 store credit or I keep the swimsuit and they refund $18 or I can return it and pay for shipping. I told them I'm not paying for something that I didn't mess up. And I don't want to shop with them. And I workout 5 days a week so I'm not going to fit into a medium. Then they asked me to "repeal" my reviews on FB and SiteJabber and I can get a full refund! I told him I won't delete my reviews, but I'll update to say they solved my issue. This wasn't enough, I had to go through PP to get my money back and because of their lies, they wanted me to pay shipping back to CHINA, luckily, PP helped me out because they saw the extremities I went through with these people and how long I've been with PP and NEVER had issues. Please stay away from CupShe! It isn't worth the stress! Oh and even though I sent them a picture of the actual swimsuit having an M for Medium, they still said it was a Small because the packing had an S on it. Yeah, they will do anything to keep the money. They can't admit when they are wrong and will try to bribe you to give you a full refund because they rather give partial refunds or store credits! And if you shop with their store credits and they mess up again? You can NOT get a refund or exchange or even complain about the item. I have emails of PROOF! BUYERS BEWARE!!!
