“I have returned my device for the second time for the same reason. The device broke with the whole device connected and not turning on. I decided to ask for a refund because I decided it was not worth going through the same process again. I just received an email saying because the device is over 6 months old I can not get a refund. I did not see any writing when I returned this mask requesting a refund. I do not wish to have a store credit. I would like my money back please. I am unsatisfied with the customer service. I went through trouble and paid money to return this faulty device in the mail.”
