“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They start by saying that you will only have to pay X amount to get everything completed, and then will continuously say that you HAVE to pay more money to have this done or that done. We “finished” our work with them months ago, and they sent us two emails today- one stating we still have to pay them $2,500 to finalize the process, and the second email from a LAWYER with a cease and desist because we didn’t pay them the $2,500 to finalize the process. This company is completely unethical and fraudulent, and just sucks all the money they can out of you.”
“Scammers...the website states you will own the logo, but that is not the case. The "work for hire" of designing and updating a logo is not what this company does. They steal your design, update it to be high resolution and then tell you they own the logo. That mean you have to pay more money for the ownership of your logo. Stay far away.”

My experience with this company has been absolutely terrible. I hired them for logo design services, and everything seemed fine until they charged my card without my consent. That was just the beginning.
After paying for the logo, they informed me that I didn’t actually own the rights to the design unless I paid an additional $2,400! This is outrageous and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. They essentially try to sell you a product without full ownership and then extort more money from you to claim what should already be yours.
This company operates like scammers in every sense of the word. Stay far away if you value your money and your peace of mind.”
“Poor quality logo. After consistently telling them that the logo they made was off center and not symmetrical, they continued to send renditions of the logo with asymmetrical puts that were suppose to be even and off center. I put the logo on a graph to show them the center and even split the picture to show how some parts of the logo were asymmetrical, but they still sent a mess of a logo.
I finally agreed to the logo just to prevent more time loss. It was wasting my time and theirs to continue explaining symmetry and the center of an image.
When they sent the PNG, not only was it a low quality photo, but they left a noticeable white spot and outline in the photo as if using a free BG software. They never completely removed the background even after I pointed it out. They ignored my email.
I ended up using the logo they made as a template to completely redesign the logo in my 3D software.
Paying someone else to do it was suppose to save me time. If I wanted to do it myself, I wouldn't have paid someone. I could have gotten the same quality work by tipping someone on redit to design the logo (yes there are subredits that offer this service). luckily I have enough skill and software to fix the logo myself.”
“They claim that you have 100% ownership rights of your logo but the truth is you don't. Ownership rights from what they told me is only a "trial" of the logo to see how it looks, they still technology own it. They design an OK logo, nothing that really stands out, and then they inform you that you have to pay an additional $502 for ownership transfer of the logo. As a veteran of this great nation, trying to start a small business, I feel as if they were trying to hide those additional fees from me instead making it know up front that there were additional fees. And on top of that they wanted me to pay an additional $1500 for copyright and trademark rights. Terrible experience. I told the Creative Head, Jason Wallace, that I wanted a day to think about it and he told me the offer of $502 and $1500 was at a 70% discount and only good for the remainder of the day (15 minutes left before they closed). And before I told him my answer, after asking for a refund (they claim a money back guarantee), he told me it was finalized and sent to me. And now he don't want to respond to any of my questions. Good scam company looking for ways to get extra money out of you.”
