“The customer service in this company is of the highest I am not used to on line shopping and when I made a mistake with my order it was rectified by them also my device does not let me track my parcel so I was emailed letting me know where it was. “Ordered 2 personalised towels ready for our forthcoming holiday, and was chuffed to bits with them! Great quality, much bigger than I thought, and brilliantly personalised. Both were delivered in about a week, and although there was a delivery problem with one(which was swiftly explained to me by a representative) I was more than happy with the experience of ordering with custom gifts. 1 very happy customer”
