“Ordered marshmallow toasting kit, inner carton ripped allowing items to move around, the toaster tin was badly dented, I e-mailed with photographs of the damaged packaging and tin, a replacement tin has been sent and this was also damaged very disappointed in this company and certainly won’t be using them again, they offered a refund but want me to package the items up and send them back complete with the receipt, for the value of the order I simply can’t be bothered you expect for the goodwill of customers past and present (and to avoid the type of review I am writing) you would think a refund would be readily provided, steer clear of this poor quality gift company”

“Made a beautiful photo blanket for my terminally ill dad, who is bed bound, the picture is my mum and his 5 children. I messaged to ask if they could post it quickly and they sent it super fast, I now have it in time to give my dad for his 85th birthday on Sunday, he will love it on his bed. The quality is amazing Thank you custom gifts 💙 I can’t tell you how much I appreciate what you have done for me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“My foster child was desperate for a Harry Potter Duvet cover. Really hard to find on'e that are also 'girly'. Was really pleased to find these that also have her name on. Shame these are made from polyester. It is written in the description, nevertheless, who wants to sleep in polyester?”

Hi Thanks for your honest feedback. Unfortunately all our bedding sets have to be made with polyester. It is not possible to create a personalised bedding set on cotton as this requires a different manufacturing process that is not economical for single designs. We are looking into how we can make this clearer so that customers are not disappointed when the item arrives. Many thanks, Tom

“I Had 2 cushions made for my grandchildren because we haven’t been able to give them a cuddle for so long . They was delivered so quick and the grandchildren love them . I was so happy with the quality . Would definitely recommend this company to anyone”

“Delivery good, quality of flag is ok, but I can't work out what is going on with one particular design, which unfortunately was I selected without realising. Just be careful and keep a check on the top right red diagonal stripe as its thinner on that one on just some items. The review won't let me post a photo either.”
