Good morning Kerrie, I have just checked the order and I can see that the peronalised towel that you ordered was delivered within the time frame that we advise. It isn't showing it was late, nor have we sent a replacement. “Really bad customer service, item was not delivered yet the money was taken out of bank account, when we got in touch to chase the order up we were told it had already been delivered which it hadn’t, we had to fight our corner to get it sorted then weeks after ordering the item it arrived, would never order anything off these guys again”

Good morning, I'm sorry that you feel that way. The address that you entered at the time was incorrect which was the reason for the initial delay with your order. Subsequently, the order was lost and we of course sent a replacement. We have a process to follow in trying to locate missing orders, we don't obviously just re-send and I can only apologise for that. I do hope you were happy with your item despite the initial issue.
