Hi Lorraine Thank you for your honest feedback. Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in your delivery. Unfortunately we had sold out of the product and had to reorder them in for you which caused a significant delay. As way of apology you will receive a refund of your delivery charge, which is entirely fair as we did not meet the required delivery window. I do hope this goes some way to demonstrating the sincerity of our apologies. I will be in contact directly to confirm this, and also to discuss how you contacted us as I can see no record of this within our email platform. We will need to ensure that all future customers are able to contact us so I would appreciate your cooperation. Many thanks, Tom
