“Terrible service! Wouldn't provide me insurance claiming I had an accident two years ago when I've never had a car accident in my life. Not reliable at all! Will make things up !!”

Hi, sorry you've not had the best experience. When you go to purchase a policy we check the claims and underwriters exchange (CUE) and if something comes up that hasn't been declared by yourself we have to discuss this with you to resolve it. It's not just at-fault incidents we need to know about, it could also be any incidents you were a passenger in, or have had to notify your insurance provider about, such as a glass claim.

“I bought an Iphone just to see how much I could get for a year on my BMW 5 Series. App says 'you are not old enough to drive this vehicle'. I am 23 years old. For 1 day it's £73 and for 28 days it's £573. Too expensive!”

“Convinced most of these reviews are fake !! This company still has my money on hold from a mess up they caused and there customer service is horrendous. They now want me to put in a in authorised claim with my bank ! As with all IT companies this review will soon be lost in mountain of great reviews that will suddenly appear. Good luck using this company. I intend to leave a review on every single site I can find.”

Hi, sorry about this delay. Today was a rare case where we were in the process of moving office, hence the delayed reply time. We are still a small team and working on improving our 24-hour customer support as quick as we can.
