“The products are great. However, staff are in serious need of being trained how to deliver customer service. This afternoon I went into the store to buy soap. Two sales assistants stared blankly at me and offered no response to my “good afternoon”. There was no warmth in their service or any sense my custom was valued. This is not the first time I’ve experienced poor service”
