“I am unable to work and have a back disability. I signed up for a make money at home program that recommended D9 for the web hosting and domain. I spoke with a customer service representative named Dan. I told him that I was very nervous about doing all of this and had zero knowledge of any online money making process. Dan helped me out so much and was so understanding of my situation. Dan actually did all the process for me and just asked me the information that was necessary to open the account and start the set up for the website. I am very thankful for all the help Dan gave me and for being so understanding and empathetic of my situation. I will recommend D9 to everyone I know for there web hosting and domain.”

“Been with D9 for a few months. I gat a bit confused over subdomains etc. I had an online chat where 1: There was no rush, I could ask question after question and was not treated like an idiot. 2: All the options were discussed so I felt as if for once I had the information I needed to make the right choice about what I need to do to achieve the end result I was after. 3: I did also ask about upgrading (I though that might be the answer, decided against it in the end as I could do what I wanted on my existing package). Had I upgraded they took the time to calculate the actual cost for me, based on rebating the remaining portion of my earlier subscription. All in all I very positive experience. Thanks Guys”

“D9 hosting is the best on the marketplace for marketers built by marketers for marketers so they know everything what we go through. The support with D9 is exeptional what ever time of the day it is. Every issue you come across d9 will have a solution all tickets answered swiftly even if its 3am. Price point is very very good so you always want D9 as your hosting or domain provider as the service support and set upis A1. “Customer service is fast and convenient! Had a few hiccups getting my domain name but it was on PayPal and D9 cleared it right up. Easy and affordable. highly recommend if you need great hosting.”

“I've had a D9 reseller account for a few years now. I use it for hosting my sites and some client sites too. I've been more than happy with the service provided, and on the rare occasions I have required help, it's been instantly available via their online chat service. I always recommend D9 whenever I am asked about web hosting and I doubt I will ever be tempted to move away from them. Excellent product and service.”
