Ordered a sofa with a delivery date of 2nd Dec. We took the day off work and it didn’t arrive. We were then told it would arrive the following day and it didn’t arrive. 2 weeks later it still hasn’t arrived. Customer services have no idea when it will be delivered. Have sadly had to request refund. Terrible way to operate as a business. I would avoid buying anything from this company

I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole. Paid over 400 quid for bar stools which were such poor quality, material weave had pulled when I received them. Customer service was shocking, refund refused unless I dismantled and re packaged. The products are rubbish and customer service zero
