“I have mixed feelings because I get some good things but then again I have cancel a lot of things that are not useful to me that I don’t even have checked in my list to even bother sending me. Like for an example a tattoo gun and needles or a fish pole bag, also I’ve gotten one item which I couldn’t cancel the same day it was ordered for the month of January and I haven’t had anything since. But when I do get good items they’re pretty cool such as a throw electric blanket and solar garden lights and a RC remote control car.”
“I like the surprises but you send me stuff I don’t need. I do not have pets or small children but I always get dog & cat items. I get games & toys for children but my youngest child is 20.”
“That’s all well and good, but there are still so many items that you have list as though I received them and I did not. That seems misleading. I submitted my interests and it seems like I get the least of that. Furthermore, the things I like that I get notified are being sent end up not coming and get replaced by nonsense. I attached two photos as an example. I was lucky enough to cancel the headbands before they shipped. For $65 a month, you’ve gotta do better than this.”
“It has been quite a whirlwind getting started. It took some time for the system to pair my amazon account and unfortunately, it happens to often. The customer service team was understanding and accommodating.
Its also disappointing seeing the items you could really use be OOS (Out of Stock).
But on the bright side, when the system is working, it was extremely gratifying to finally receive items that could be used by myself and I could gift to others. And just in time to ease my shopping this holiday season.

“I receive about half of the orders they make without them being cancelled by Amazon. Most of the items have been useful or make great gifts. A few of the items have been completely useless and are opposite of the categories I selected in my profile.”
“I’d like ability to order particular sizes or to offer a “profile” for sizes… I can give size 7 women shoes away but I’d like to have the opportunity to choose sizes for items of my own - for myself when possible.”
“Very difficult to sign up for service and connect Amazon account. The amount of packages that are sent out are too far and in between and the amount of packages that show as shipped to you but for whatever reason they run out of have always been nice high end items I would not have paid out of pocket for mysellf. So disapointing in that area still unsure if monthly fee is worth the high end amount becsuse I have received a lot of cheap useless items that I don’t really need. Willing to stick around and see if issues subside!”
“We get some great stuff from Daily Box Club! However, it’s so hit and miss. One month you may get tons and others you don’t even hit your 10 item minimum. Also, I don’t like when it says you’re receiving such and such items and then the order gets canceled. Definitely a disappointment when that happens. 3 Stars for me, yes I will continue my subscription but it could definitely use some improvements on their website and the consistency of orders.”

“I absolutely love the idea of this subscription and I enjoy getting random stuff from Amazon. That being said, there are a lot of issues with this service. First, it was very difficult to link my Amazon account the first time. Also after the first month it unlinked for some reason and had a hard time keeping it linked. Another thing, after the first month, I didn’t receive anything for almost the whole second month. And the items that don’t come they say it doesn’t count toward the 10 items a month. Well I don’t think is true. Because I didn’t get the full 10 the first month and I haven’t gotten a full ten items the second month. I feel like I have had more frustration with this subscription than I anything. The price is a little steep for all the issue that happen. I wish I could actually get 10 items a month and not have issues linking my Amazon account. Customer service is great and very attentive and understanding!”
