“While it is fun to receive surprises, the majority of items I get are things with little or no use to me. The ones that are useful and of higher quality ALWAYS get cancelled on me.
I have received a few things that were useful, but again, they are the low ticket items that make me wonder if this is really worth what I pay for it. If items are continuously ’not available’ because they are higher quality, it seems a little suspicious. The adds on TikTok make it look like you get some amazing things, but far from it. I will try it for one last month and then cancel if it keeps working like this. I just received a bookshelf that looked great. Came in pieces with no directions at all and a ton of hardware required to assemble.
M account shows a large quantity of items supposedly sent to me, with the amount in $$, but it’s totally inaccurate because most are canceled. I just had 3 things in a row canceled, but have received duplicates of others at times.
I’m pretty disappointed in this.”
“Having trouble reverting my Amazon account and they aren’t being too helpful. I will cancel if not resolved. Before this I had a long dry spell where nothing was rec’d, but all of a sudden it started working again…”
“Awesome box subscription. I really enjoy the random stuff WHEN I do receive them. The behind the scene operations needs help. Daily Box Club dashboard often informs you of the items you should be getting. However, Amazon is likely to have no information on an order at all. I feel everything looks great on paper, but the operations needed to efficiently, accurately, and effectively streamline this process on the back end is in need of some improvements.”
“Would get a higher rating if the consistency of getting boxes to meet the minimum amount of 10 boxes a month was more guaranteed. Had problems with that the first month I paid, I didn't get the minimum even with the extended time of 5-6 weeks still didn't get 10 boxes. Hopefully this month will be better. I will give a better review once the program delivers minimum or Hopefully better.”
“The program gurantees a minimum of 10 boxes a month. My first month was great. Over the next month I have only received 4 boxes. The current month I have received 3 boxe. I have yet to receive any type of refund or extension of subscription. Follow-up from customer service has been fair. I am still waiting for response to my last communication.”
“Expensive items are always canceled. No since completing your interests. They don’t go by them. Linking with Amazon account needs delinked almost every week. Half of the time can’t reverify or link account. Request fails a code 10.”
“So as far as the items being sent as they claim I haven’t gotten 10 items within 3 months 10 was supposed to be shipped and 2 was canceled but as far as customer service they have been 5 stars. The items I received was ok. I think 8 items I received in comparison to the money that I have paid it doesn’t equal out so I was charged for 2 months and refunded 1 month. So I will see what happens at this point on. I really hope it gets better.”
“I'm going to stay neutral on this. In the past 4 months, I wasn't getting packages. Which was frustrating. Last the staff did take care of the issues. Last month was the first time I felt this program was worth it. The packages have come up in value. So I'm giving another try. As it stands right now I'm pleased with the changes that have been put in place. I'll update next month😊”
“I received a couple of great things over the few months but at the start of the year, anything that was great and I was told I was getting was cancelled. I then ended up getting really cheap items that literally didn't match any of my interests.”
“Boxes do come but they are sporadic it took me 3 months to get the 10 boxes promised. However customer service waved fees until that threshold was met I just wish it was more consistent”
