AVOID LIKE PLAGUE Absolutely garbage products that they resell. Purchased an iPad Air 2 from them and in less than a year the face of it had peeled off of the casing. And this is for an iPad Air 2 that had zero traffic or impact bc it was installed in the wall as an intercom for our second home in NYC where we barely spent time And of course when I reach out to them to see what they can do (bc iPads don't ever come apart by themselves within a year of being purchased), they hide behind their "30-day return window" Right, got it, so you sell products that go defective after the 30 day mark and then do absolutely nothing for customers in return

Oven bottom liner fell apart after making pizza. I contacted customer service within return time frame of 30 days but return portal closed the next day. Just want replacement.

35 days later the beats pill won’t charge and of course they have a 30 day warranty, don’t trust this company they sell garbage

I ordered an airfryer. It arrived USED with food still in it. When I attempted to return it DailySale charged me a fee. I used their return label, as instructed and the box came back with a "lack of postage" notification.

I ordered Apple Watches for my kids for Christmas from this site. I ordered them in October because I was afraid with COVID not being able to get them in time, and I tested them out when I first got them and they appeared to be fine. Then my kids opened them and wore them Christmas day, and they wouldn't hold a charge. We tried all different settings and no matter what we did, the watch would not hold a charge for more than half a day. Then my son's watch finally died and wouldn't charge at all. We requested that they be returned/exchanged/refunded, but denied because it was more than 30 days, even though they were purchased as gifts and were not used until Christmas. We tried to explain the situation, but DailySale.com held to their 30-day return policy. DO NOT BUY CHRISTMAS GIFTS HERE! And if you do, you better make sure they work perfectly because after 30 days from the date of purchase, you are STUCK with it. I will NEVER buy from this company again! Horrible customer service.
