Hi Charles, we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the delivery of your order and the custom charges. Unfortunately, with Brexit custom charges are due for all orders coming from Europe with a value over £135. There is nothing we can do about that and we inform in our shipping pages that custom charges can arise depending on the import country. Regarding the shipping duration, we sent the order out 1 day after you placed the order. The order arrived on December 23rd which is longer than normal but, unfortunately, not unusual during the pre-Christmas season. Despite this inconvenience, we hope that you can still enjoy your new sneakers.

They fit great and even with my shoe insoles (I removed the original insoles) they fit perfectly. To make them even more feminine I changed the laces and used satin ones.”

“First of all I have to say that is really a nice try from your company to provide premium leather belts.
In my opinion ( but I have to say that I m owner of lots of good leather belts mostly salvatore Ferragamo’s and Tod’s Thai I like their style, design and quality. The belt itself is satisfactory, but even in the photos the metal seemed to be more bright/ sunny and a little bit more thick. The leather is in very good level ( I have a blue braided belt from ferragamo which have more soft and delicate leather).
Overall it’s a good product but in my opinion these two thinks may get better in near future.”
Hi Lampros, thanks for your detailed feedback. We are very happy to hear that you are satisfied with the quality of the belt overall. Regarding the leather, for the Cesare belt, we use vegetable-tanned full-grain leather which is always quite firm especially in the beginning. That is, however, more of an indication of good quality rather than a deficit. The leather used for the Ferragamo braided belt seems to be chrome-tanned which is a more chemical process which renders the leather more soft. Regarding the buckle, it might appear more shiny in the pictures than in real life which has to do with the lighting during photo-shooting. We are using solid brass which is the best quality material for premium belt buckles. I hope that explanation helps and we wish you lots of joy with your Dalgado belt!

die erste Bestellung kam schnell. Ich musste aber beide Schuhe zurückschicken mit der Bitte einen dann in Größe 45 mit zu senden.
Die Schuhe gingen letzten Mittwoch per Post an Euch ab.
Leider habe ich bis heute noch keine Rückmeldung zur Retoute bzw. dem Schuh in 45
erhalten.
