“They sent a package from Singapore, after it had arrived to Sweden it stayed at one palce for around 2 weeks after that i decided to message PostNord (shipping company in sweden) and they told me it missed customs declaration and could therefore not import it past that point. I contacted Dampden with screenshots of the conversation i had with PostNord but they told me they had evidence of there being a
customs declaration so instead i went on PayPal to make a Chargeback but the somehow proved to PayPal that there was indeed a customs declaration and that i had faked the conversation with PostNord the thing is that according to PostNord Dampden hasnt even recived the package yet so how can they Prove that there was a customs declaration”
