“The walls they are supposed to have tanked leaked water after a year, and upon inspection we found that the guarantee they sold us didn't actually cover the work they'd done! They refused point blank to fix this at their own cost. Their plasterwork soon cracked extensively, and needs complete rework. Absolutely appalling.”
