“A very similar experience to other customers. The order was taken and money paid, I was then informed that it was out of stock by email. When I tried to contact them, there was no reply to email or phone calls and no follow up on the stock issue. It has now been almost a month and I need the guidebook imminently. I would NOT recommend this company in relation to its stock, communication or customer service. Its lack of professionalism defies belief in an age of fast communication”

“Ordered a map with promise of 2/3 day delivery. Money was taken, Then, straight away, after I have paid, received an email saying it was out of stock and no definite delivery date. No map received yet after 14 days, and I have had the holiday for which the map was needed so it is no longer of use to me. Honest companies let you know whether or not it is in stock before taking your payment and not after. So, if you order and pay for a map from this company you will only find out after payment if it is in stock and if you will receive it in time for when you need it”

“You only really know how good a company is once you have a problem and need to return some Complete fail from Dash4it as far as I am concerned Had the product less then two days and there clearly is a problem with the product Outright refused a return Shameful”
