“My name is Sonam, and I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the "CourseName" I purchased from DataTrained for 1 Lakh Rupees, which I am currently paying for via a three-year EMI plan.
After attending the initial lectures, I became increasingly disappointed with the course quality. The instructors lack professional experience, and the teaching style is primarily one-way communication, with no opportunity for interaction or questions. This is contrary to what was promised.
Despite my efforts to address these issues through emails, calls, and support tickets, I have received no satisfactory resolution. Specifically, I have faced:
Lack of Interaction: The promised interactive sessions are non-existent, and my questions remain unanswered.
Communication Issues: The inability to communicate effectively during classes has made it frustrating to seek clarification.
Low-Standard Instructors: The instructors appear to lack industry experience, affecting the training quality.
Unresponsive Support: I have been unable to reach my counselor, Sandeep Saurav, or any support personnel for assistance.
Harassment from Lending Partners: Despite my decision to cancel, I am receiving distressing calls regarding the EMI payments.”
