“I purchased a pair of Tom Ford glasses from your showroom in June 2025. Despite using them with care, I have recently noticed a crack on the frame. Since the product is only around six months old, this issue is quite disappointing, especially considering the premium quality associated with the brand.
We visited the showroom to get assistance, but the concern was not checked properly, and we were not given any suitable solution. This level of service is not acceptable for a product of this value.
I kindly request you to thoroughly inspect the glasses and provide a replacement or an appropriate resolution at the earliest.”
