HORRIBLE experience. Brought an 8 month old necklace in for additional length. Sales person accepted the service request and quoted $50-60 as the chain is sterling silver. Quote came in at $200 … on a $375 necklace. Naturally I complained — as was told that the estimates are based on age of product (8 months) and state of product (only ever worn alone - and only worn 20-ish times in the 8 months because it was too short) … but that they’d do me a BIG favor and give me a $50 credit to reduce the price. I declined and requested that the necklace be returned. Three months and four follow-ups later, I finally got my necklace back.
