Driver stated he was here no phone call been received on Friday when he was supposedly here. Now it is Monday and nearly lunchtime and no driver has contacted or been here for delivery. Why do we use couriers when they cannot deliver the service needed. Had to change my plans due to the bad service

Rude staff at the customer service, false attempts od delivery, false reasons for not delivering and 13 days today still waiting for it to be delivered. I THINK THE COMPANY MUST CLOSE OR IMPROVE THEIR SERVICES

They have taken "receipt" of my delivery on the 1st April...It is Friday the 12th now....no further updates and no delivery!!! Phoned them, after waiting forever for an agent I was told they will deliver next week sometime?
Absolutely pathetic service.

Worst service I have ever experienced!!! Can’t believe this company is still open. After I have read all of these other reviews, you should really up your game!! Pick & Pay Clothing should highly consider using a different service. Also received a sms for 3 days straight say out for delivery and still nothing!!
