"Dpd is such a useless company, I have been waiting for a week to receive my parcel. They gave me a lame excuse that my address was incorrect, gave them my address but still no delivery. They don\u2019t even bother with calling\/emailing you concerning the delay. Buffalo should just quit using this useless company I don\u2019t even understand why it\u2019s still running with such negative reviews. Tjooooooo isdina sento!!!"

“I wish I could give them less than 1 star. Dawn wing has zero regard for your parcel. They damaged mine and refuse to assist me or take any responsibility. You will just be told that they will help you and this will drag on to no avail. They will ignore your entire case, close your tracking number and never follow up. Their only response is to contact the supplier or send the item back, even though they have damaged it. This is the worst company in the entire universe and I would advise you to please never trust them with anything, and never use their services if you are experiencing reliable and quality service. This is not part of their ethos. I feel so upset and disappointed, my first baby bassinet got so badly damaged and I have lost so much money due to them. They have never done anything to follow up or help resolve the issue, till the present I am still waiting for feedback. All they have done is closed my tracking number and made all the information disappear. Super disappointed!!!!”

“Allegedly attempted delivery 2 days in a row. No courier was here to even try. Call centre is noisy and not helpfull at all. Still no package. This is Dawn Wing Moorreesburg. Waiting very impatiently.”

“Dawning is dishonest and untrustworthy. My parcel is with them for a week now. The first and second delivery attempt failed due to excessive deliveries. The third one a driver named Itumeleng lied and said I did not answer my phone while they never phoned me. What a useless company!”

“Horrible service received from Dawn Wing 😐 honestly the worst courier company I have ever dealt with!! Never in my life have I ever as a customer needed to follow up on a parcel for 2 weeks straight without any response - I open a ticket and u close a ticket? I run businesses not a circus and Dawn Wing as officially costed me and my company a very bad reputation along with loss of money.”

“This is the worst courier in SA. Use at your own peŕil. If you want to experience the frustration of knowing that they have your parcel but you cant reach them to follow up when theyll deliver it then use this useless company. 2 weeks later im even at a point where i want to drive to all there warehouses and hunt for my parcel personally. Parcel is scanned out of the warehouse and back in for what reason only they know. Tracking tool last updated 5 days ago. I really dont know what to do anymore”
