TV ordered December and paid for.
DC digital did not send it and ignored communication attempts.
When threats were made to pursue a claim they promised a refund.
They did not do this.
I'm still awaiting legal action to complete.

“Ordered an 'A' graded TV that was described as 'Like New, mint condition with no signs of damage but may have damaged or replacement packaging'. Their 'A-' graded stock is classified as 'slight cosmetic damage or ex-display. They delivered a TV covered in scratches, chips and dents. It looks like a badly looked after secondhand TV. The box even had a sticker saying ex-display on it. They are willing for us to return it for analysis, but 'at our own risk'. They may refund postage but won't refund the postage insurance which they advise we have. I am also finding it difficult to find any delivery company that will insure TV deliveries anyway. Looking at reviews and forums this seems to be their standard practice; send out any old crap and letter the buyer sort it out. Avoid”
