“Terrible customer service and return postage costs. Avoid!! Got a pair of shoes that were far too large, although I always wear a size 4. Had to pay almost £10 return postage fees! You have to return to Belgium and they have nowhere in the UK to return items too. Made a complaint and the response was a joke. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again”
