“I ordered a product which arrived damaged. I emailed Deal Guide and they asked for photos which I sent, they then refunded me immediately without the need to return the product. I wanted to add that my experience was good - obviously disappointing to receive a damaged product but these things happen.”

“Great service. I was a little doubtful if to order as the prices seemed to good to be true. But I went for it and so glad I did. They kept be up dated with delivery and it arrived fast and well packaged. Plenty of bubble wrap so they wouldn't get damaged. I will definitely be ordering again.”
