“Prompt service, goods arrived on time. Only one grumble - having signed driver's delivery note & driver left I discovered my copy of the delivery note had a YES/NO 4 point check list which said should be completed before signing 'failure to do so may mean that any claim for damage at a later date cannot be accepted'. I had no issues but I was a bit worried until the oven was installed & working & feel that I should have been asked to complete it. There was also a box headed 'DRIVERS' which said 'All questions must be answered, even when goods are left with third parties'.”
