“Normally with names like 'Deals4u' I expect decent prices but never hold out much hope for good customer service. How wrong I was with that in this case! When ordering my product (induction hob - at a great price) I had specifically asked for it to be here by a certain date as it was the date the electrician was here. I received an immediate email from Joanne, the customer service lady to say she would look into it and make sure it would be here by then. I then received another email a day later, saying that although there had been a slight delay on my order as it was in transit to the delivery company, she was sending me another one via a courier service (NO charge to me) in order for it to be with me on the day that I had requested. I would certainly recommend this company and would use them again for other items I needed.”

“Really good service, I ended up purchasing all my appliances (under counter integrated Fridge, dishwasher, extractor hob) and range cooker from deals4u after they were able to offer better pricing, lead times and delivery service. Would certainly recommend them and would use them again.”

“Placed my order for kitchen white goods on Sunday and got offered three delivery dates to chose from, the following Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Order arrived midday Thursday. Great service. The service was only let down as the delivery driver didn't ring to advise on when he would be there.”
