“Unfortunately I still do not have my washing machine! My order was placed on 20th November and should of been delivered within 10 days. This has not happened.”

“One elderly gentleman made the delivery which was really not over satisfactory as he rather bashed the item about in the process. Thankfully all was well inside the packaging.”

“Product arrived in good condition and the price was competitive, but the fire was delivered without an email informing me of delivery. I happened to be in but was just about to go out and there wasn't a neighbour to take the fire in.”

“The first part of my ordered arrived without any prior notice. It was only luck I was in. The second part of my order was delayed by approximately 2 weeks. I was informed by Customer Services that it was due to arrive on 5th Dec. I rang and emailed on 4th to check what my time slot was. They contacted your delivery company, but they could not confirm the time slot. But it did arrive at 8.30. It came on a Pallet with just a Driver. He refused to help take it in the house. Luckily my Kitchen Installers and the man I live with was there. So they took it off of the Pallet. Due to these issues I am not happy with the service and I will not be ordering from you again. The only person that did try to help was Karl Cullen in Customer Services”

“Product arrived quickly, well packaged, so very happy. The only thing I was unsure about was at the point of purchase it wasn't clear if it was in stock and when I'd find out after paying, but luckily it was!”
