“I purchased a White Knight tumble dryer which arrived sooner than the predicted delivery time. The delivery driver was very pleasant, despite having to climb two flights of stairs to access my apartment! I would definitely order again from deals4u.”

“We received our NEFF built in microwave oven today only 4 days after ordering it. Company kept us informed all along and their price beat all others and their customer service excellent. will definitely recommend to others and buy from them again in the future. Many thanks”

“Oven arrived, luckily we were in as no phone call prior to delivery, one man courier - needed help to carry the oven in - unfortunately the oven was damaged when packaging removed. Contacted Deals4u and they immediately arranged for a new one to be delivered and the old one picked up. Deals4u seem to be a good dealer but their delivery system (through independent couriers) needs some work. Ordered on the 20th. of October still awaiting delivery of working oven.”

“The oven arrived on time as promised. The courier had damaged the box and we thought we might have a problem with the device but it was actually OK. Deals4u immediately gave me £20.00 or said they would replace it. We took the compensation but they key here is just how quickly and efficiently they resolved the issue. No long waiting time on the phone to a call centre, just great customer service. We will use these guy every time where possible. Oh yes, they were also the best priced seller.”

“I ordered our microwave oven and was very pleased with price and information given. I was concerned that as the oven was coming from Ireland that it would take longer to transport and I needed it quickly. I had no need to worry as the microwave arrived earlier than the estimated time given.”

“Customer Service was very good with dealing with prpblems I had with the delivery of my White Knight gas tumble dryer purchase, unfortunately the first item delivered direct from the manufacturer had a note attached to the top of the dryer saying flame not lighting, this being inside the heat sealed plastic wrapping, after contacting Customer Services it was agreed to exchange the dryer which resulted in waiting nearly another week before a replacement was delivered.”

“I have still not received the cooker hood I purchased on 17th October 17 despite it showing as available stock when I placed the order. I had to ring to chase up the order and was told I had to ring Elica to ask them when I would receive it. I rang them and was told that it is out of stock and would not be available until mid November and they did not even have my details on file as the person who placed the order just Deals4u. I feel that I have not been informed of the delay in dispatch of the order and the order is showing as dispatched on the order screen. Clearly customer service is not what I would expect and needs to be improved”

“I ordered an oven on 11-10-17 with a delivery time of max. 14 days. Rang deals4you on 30-10-17 to enquire where my oven had got to? Was told Belling had parts supply problems, and it would be delivered mid-November. The chap on the phone (Stuart) was very sympathetic but the two companies should communicate with each other and their customers if a problem exists.”
