“Very happy with the muffler system quality and that it fitted perfectly with no drama at all ! The only fault was the slow performance of the shipping company used, that took a fortnight to deliver the muffler system from Melbourne to southern Tasmania were I live.”

Hi Anonymous, Without knowing to much about yourself or the product/s you may have ordered we trust you have reached out to us to resolve any issues. In regards to some of our exhaust systems and components it is important to check the product description to ensure fitment parameters are met – for example vehicle make model, compatibility with non DEA branded components etc Kind Regards DEA Performance Customer Service

“One of the bolts used for booting it up was half made and the holes to mount the muffler to the middle hanger the bolt holes weren’t big enough”

“It’s been really good so far, was an effort to install but same goes for every exhaust. Would probably help to put instructions for those who don’t know how to install and also chuck in a sticker which would be good.”

“Great exhaust system very happy with it! Only thing is I thought the extractors would have come with the gasket is all . All in all good value for money and great service . Me and the missus bolted it straight up.”

“DEA Performance was fine with their efforts. Their transport company , Hunter Express, were absolutely useless. I would not recommend Hunter Express to take a letter across town, let alone a shipment interstate. Took over 2 weeks for my exhaust to come from Melbourne to Newcastle. I’ve received packages from America quicker than that. Absolutely useless!”

Hi Kevin, Firstly thank you for your feedback and we are glad you were happy with our efforts here at DEA Performance. Looking at your order we can see we managed to get your order dispatched the following business day but can see it took 14 days for delivery. Despite this being somewhat out of our control we are reviewing our utilised shipping carriers for the purpose of giving our customers a better experience. The challenge we have is balancing and keeping the shipping costs you are charged for delivery to a minimum together with what size/shape restrictions our carriers allow. “Super easy to install, took a mate and I only 40 minutes to take off the stock exhaust and put this new one on. Awesome exhaust note and amazing turbo whistle. Little bit of drone in the cab (expected with no muffler) but unnoticeable when music is on even at a low volume. Couldn’t be happier.”

“Was great to deal with but couldn’t understand my car or exhaust needed I had to cut and weld the tail pipe on even after confirming the exhaust which means I don’t think they understand that model of car due to being a vy but they had a lot of vz components from stock. over all love the exhaust and people!”
