“Quick delivery very well packed the only thing the order was missing one gasket the one for the Tubi to the exhaust part of that I was very happy with the service I received.”

We do apologise that you didn't receive the turbo gasket, unfortunately we do not supply one as the original is better suited or a genuine one.

“The exhaust over looks like good quality and everything fitted together well. Although i would like to have a can of paint sent out as there is a lot of scratches from transport and some of the welds weren’t painted over already bringing on surface rust. Thanks Brayden”

Hi Anonymous, Without knowing to much about yourself or the product/s you may have ordered we trust you have reached out to us to resolve any issues. In regards to some of our exhaust systems and components it is important to check the product description to ensure fitment parameters are met – for example vehicle make model, compatibility with non DEA branded components etc Kind Regards DEA Performance Customer Service

“twin tip muffler for vx commodore sedan , looks great, clamp provided doesn’t fit. had to be welded on bc of the weight ,”

“One of the bolts used for booting it up was half made and the holes to mount the muffler to the middle hanger the bolt holes weren’t big enough”

“DEA Performance was fine with their efforts. Their transport company , Hunter Express, were absolutely useless. I would not recommend Hunter Express to take a letter across town, let alone a shipment interstate. Took over 2 weeks for my exhaust to come from Melbourne to Newcastle. I’ve received packages from America quicker than that. Absolutely useless!”

Hi Kevin, Firstly thank you for your feedback and we are glad you were happy with our efforts here at DEA Performance. Looking at your order we can see we managed to get your order dispatched the following business day but can see it took 14 days for delivery. Despite this being somewhat out of our control we are reviewing our utilised shipping carriers for the purpose of giving our customers a better experience. The challenge we have is balancing and keeping the shipping costs you are charged for delivery to a minimum together with what size/shape restrictions our carriers allow. “Was great to deal with but couldn’t understand my car or exhaust needed I had to cut and weld the tail pipe on even after confirming the exhaust which means I don’t think they understand that model of car due to being a vy but they had a lot of vz components from stock. over all love the exhaust and people!”
