I ordered a Christmas gift online but found the delivery would be on Christmas Eve so cancelled the order as I wouldn't have chance to get the gift to the recipient.

WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING OF ORDERING… WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING OF ORDERING ONLINE AT Debenhams - I ordered a fragrance for Christmas but (with a week and a half to go) was told after payment that it probably wouldn’t arrive before Christmas without any option to upgrade my delivery or cancel.

I paid £6.99 for next day delivery. 5 days later I still don’t have my order. Customer services is useless. AI rubbish on texting.

ORDERED SOMETHING ON 2ND DECEMBER EXPECTED ARRIVAL DATE 10TH, STILL NOT ARRIVED, NO WAY OF CONTACTING Debenhams NOR YODEL WHO ARE THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER!! YOU GET SENT AROUND IN CIRCLES WITH THE SITE SAYING IT DOESNT RECOGNISE MY TRACKING NUMBER YET I HAVE HAD A TEXT!! I WILL BE CANCELING THIS ORDER IF NOT ARRIVING TODAY

Absolutely appalling customer service (or should I say non existent?) Ordered perfume which never got delivered. Ive emailed 6 times and WhatsApped 3. Just an automated response "Hey, we're unusually busy...bla bla bla" They do not have a contact number (I wonder why?!) I even paid an extra £5 for protected delivery - absolute joke! They are not the reputable company they used to be. Be warned

Id say be quicker to go through your credit card company or PayPal if used that method though PayPal if in your favour only refund delivery n item costs its up to you to pay for returns then.

Scummy behaviour from Debenhams. They didn’t refund the delivery fee of an item that was out of stock, no response from “customer services” will have to chargeback through bank. They still have the same item for sale though! They can scam as many times as they like it seems! Scum

I have had a delivery (yesterday) and have some issues. I cannot get any response from your team members on whatsapp been trying for a day now and getting very frustrated.

A complete waste of time , have gone down the tubes , express delivery (2days ) a joke 8 days later and the item hasn’t even reached Royal Mail. I WILL NOT BE TAKING OUT £14.99) ALL DELIVERIES NEXT YEAR will take my chance with other companies .
