Don’t bother ordering anything from Debenhams online, I ordered using express delivery (2 days) it took over 7 days to arrive. No delivery info, no option for refund. Save your time and use Amazon or something else, they are a nightmare for delivery. No number to contact either, all useless live chats. I was then told basically I had just wait and they will get back to me.

I ordered goods at the beginning of December for delivery. These goods failed to arrive and the link to track the delivery didn't work. After waiting a couple of weeks eventually i was told the items were lost. I cancelled the order but am still waiting for my refund.

Debenhams IS NOW OWNED BY BOOHOO I would give minus stars if possible, Give them a wide birth , please be aware of a scam that is happening with Packing and Delivery.

HONESTLY , I WAS HOPING TO SURPRISE MY HUSBUND ,WHO IS TERMINATED CANCER PATIENT ,BY GETTING HIM A NEW SOFA.... NEVER AGAIN WE WILL BUY ANYTHING AT ALL FROM Debenhams AND NEVER RECOMEND TO ANY OF OUR FRIENDS OR ANYBODY ELSE THAT ONE WILL BE A FRAUD AS ALL THEY DO - JUST TAKE YOR MONEY, USE IT, AND YOU DONT KNOW IF ANYTHING COMES BACK AT SOME POINT AS NOBODY GIVES YOU A DATE OF DELIVERY OR ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOR ORDER.

Evri accepted that this was unsafe and unacceptable delivery of the one parcel.

guarantee of quick delivery of the parcel within 2 days. It turns out that I have been waiting for 2 weeks and I still haven't received it. I wrote an e-mail etc. No response. I do not recommend it. The customer service deserves 0 stars. Disappointment

Ordered something to arrive next day - now told it will come within 8 days and they have not acknowledged the need to refund me for the delivery fee.

I even contacted the delivery company to find out more as Debenhams refused to, they are looking in to it however they have told me to contact Debenhams again and ask for a replacement or refund on doing this I have been told to wait another 3 days.

If there was the option I would give zero stars . I’m still awaiting for a refund from nearly 3 weeks ago . If you get in touch with them on the messaging service it’s always an automated response ,frustratingly you never get anywhere with them !! I’m just waiting for a delivery which again is long overdue and for my refund and then I’m not ordering from Debenhams again ,they need to get their act together.

It was returned to them before it was even delivered to me as they didn’t meet the delivery deadline I paid for and so I purchased elsewhere (therefore I haven’t even seen the product never mind been in possession) which is now 5 days ago.
