“ Constant lies about delivery dates. Eventually admitted my item was lost. Another wait for them to ‘confirm this’ before they can issue a refund and no timescales on how long this will take. Basically we have your £350, you’re not getting what you ordered and we’ll pay you back when we feel like it. Never ordering from them again! ”
