Ordered bra 2nd July, it was nothing like picture, the returns was very difficult as I found out it was a 3rd party seller finally on the 23rd July Debenhams said my refund was being processed, today is the 30th and still not in bank the whole experience has caused great anxiety

I appreciate that returns payments can take a couple of days for the transaction to take place via the bank but, over 10 days is excessive and i can only presume the Debenhams delay the payments back to customer.

The online system tells me to email the 3rd party supplier but they are just not sending me a returns advice note to attach to return the item.

Order placed on 04/04/2025
Order Delivered 9th and 10th April
Order returned via Royal Mail tracked returns 2 parcels on 22nd April.

Your customer service levels are horrendous, you basically don’t have any service levels!!! I would advise everyone not to use your on line ordering and if they do good luck with any returns!! Customer’s have to pay for postage on purchases and also pay a return fee on returns and on top of that you will be charged a £1.
”

Avoid Debenhams l, the structure isn't there. The return process is terrible and hard work, further more they charge you later on £1.99 for returns. The customer service and response time this terrible and unforgivable. Refunds take about 3 weeks to be actioned again another issue.

Rug collected by carrier, and receipt given on 25January.
Yesterday I contacted Debenhams asking why no refund.
They said they needed a copy of my returns receipt.
If I had not contacted them I assume no refund would be given
What a terrible Company.
My first only time ordering from them.
They have ruined the reputation of a once great organisation

Purchased top on DBZ. Very poor quality so returned. Very hard to get returns label from them, poor communication, have eventually returned item and have been waiting over 4 weeks for a refund. Would not use again
