I HAVE WIPED THINGS OFF THE BOTTOM OF MY SHOES THAT HAVE MORE INTEGRITY THAN Debenhams CUSTOMER SERVICE! I returned 2 pouffes, sent returns receipt clearly showing 2 items with same tracking number. They tell me this can't happen, yet apparently it did. No refund. Never, ever again. Shop here at your peril.

Then they didn't refund all my returns I've had to constantly chase them and the partner issued the refund request.

I had to press one star to do review but they deserve zero. I am missing an item which never came, and have two to return. I hit a brick wall to try and do the returns labels, it just doesn’t work. I will be out of pocket by about £100. I thought I was getting bargains. Always trusted Debenhams but never again.

99 per item! On my order Debenhams supplied me the wrong returns label so it went to the wrong place and they now refuse my refund.

This is the worse service I have ever used in my entire life, I purchased some goods through what I thought was a reliable organisation, I had my items returned by evri courier, to what I've just now discovered on the news that thousands of people have complained about this courier losing returns or returns being pinched.

Do not buy from this company. I bought some expensive premium pillows 1 week in the are flat and do not plump. There is NO WAY i mean really NO WAY to contact Debenhams succesfully, they do not reply to emails and the returns link for faulty products does not work. Disaster this should be criminal I feel they have just stolen from me. NEVER NEVER buy from them.

As others have stated the website is awful! So slow, constantly returns to the home page when not selected. I used to order a lot from Debenhams but I can't be doing with the frustration of using their site and like others I just give up! Bizarre state of affairs when you solely rely on website purchases.....!

Never had a problem with orders or returns, the main issue is the appalling website. It is so slow to load a page and flicks about. When the next page finally loads it starts from the beginning again, so frustrating. Eventually you just lose the will and stop shopping. Sort it out Debenhams are you have lost many sales from me and other users!

Never use Debenhams again. The returns procedure does not work. When you go to Start a Return your order does not show all the items you have received therefore you cannot return them. Emailed customer services 3 times and received no reply. There is no way you can complain to them - its a terrible company now and I would never recommend it to anyone.
