“ Debenhams are scammers. Never buy anything from Debenhams. Their website clearly states that you have 28 days to return items, but in reality, they don’t accept any returns for cosmetics or beauty products, even if they are still sealed in the original packaging. There’s no option to cancel your purchase once it’s made. The worst company ever. ”

“ Tried to return a pair of jeans. Logged on to returns would not accept my order number or Email address. Can't phone them, so i am left with a pair of unwanted jeans. Customer service, RUBBISH. Not even 1 star. ”

“ Ordered bra 2nd July, it was nothing like picture, the returns was very difficult as I found out it was a 3rd party seller finally on the 23rd July Debenhams said my refund was being processed, today is the 30th and still not in bank the whole experience has caused great anxiety ”
